Wall lamp from SeraxWall Lamp Nova
- Design by Alex Gabriëls
- Flexible light direction
- Sculptural depth for the space
The Nova Wall Lamp from Serax, designed by Belgian ceramist Alex Gabriëls, combines a streamlined, minimalist form with an earthy, tactile experience. Crafted from chamotte clay in stoneware, the lamp presents a raw, textured surface. Each piece is hand-thrown and hand-finished, resulting in minor irregularities that attest to genuine craftsmanship. Inspired by modernist architecture, the lamp adds a calm, sculptural depth to any space.
This wall lamp can be mounted in various directions, allowing the light to be cast either upwards or downwards, thereby creating unique plays of shadow. The soft, low-angled illumination highlights the clay's natural structure and creates a warm atmosphere. Place it alone as a striking element, or let it integrate harmoniously with other materials such as wood and glass. The Nova Wall Lamp is offered in both a deep black and an elegant anthracite grey variant, each contributing its own character.
